This is one of the most moving scenes I have ever seen in a movie. I think it completely illustrates the commitment that those in our armed forces have for each other.
My son is EOD in the US Army. A few weeks back, when Congress was ready to let the government shut down, I was speaking to him and his exact words about not getting paid were "I'm not worried about me Mom, but my brothers and sisters who are in harms way right now and are worrying that their families here won't have food on the table."
Not worried for their own comfort, but for their family. One small thing we can do is to send them some small comforts to perhaps ease their way if only for a moment. Please take the time to donate today. It is such a small thing for those who give so much.
